Visiting Patients
Li Mei was a young and creative graphic designer. One day, she received a special assignment – to edit a series of images for a children’s hospital’s new campaign about parent – child interaction. She was excited about the project as it combined her love for design and her passion for helping children.
While working on the project, Li Mei’s young son, Zhang Hao, got sick. She had to take time off to take him to the hospital. As she sat in the waiting room, she noticed the play area filled with children and their parents engaging in parent – child interaction activities. This gave her more inspiration for her edit work. However, when the doctor finally saw Zhang Hao, the news was not good. He needed to be hospitalized for further treatment, which meant Li Mei would be spending a lot of time Visiting Patients in the hospital.
During her Visiting Patients visits to her son, Li Mei also started to notice the interesting light and shadow patterns in the hospital corridors. The way the sunlight filtered through the windows created a beautiful and ever – changing display. She thought about how she could incorporate these elements into her edit for the hospital’s campaign. At the same time, she made sure to spend quality time with Zhang Hao, engaging in parent – child interaction even in the hospital environment.
One day, while Visiting Patients, Li Mei overheard a conversation between the hospital staff. They were discussing a potential issue that needed 973 Detection and Handling. There was a problem with some of the medical equipment that could affect the patients’ treatment. Li Mei, being a concerned citizen, decided to use her connections to help the hospital solve the problem. She reached out to some of her friends in the technology field to see if they could offer any solutions.
Li Mei continued to balance her work on the edit project, Visiting Patients to take care of Zhang Hao, and helping the hospital with the 973 Detection and Handling issue. She used the light and shadow inspiration from the hospital to create a unique and engaging visual for the parent – child interaction campaign. As Zhang Hao’s condition gradually improved, Li Mei was filled with hope. She was also proud of the work she was doing to make the hospital a better place, all while creating a more positive environment for the children and their families through her edit and parent – child interaction – focused project.
